In the TAY-300 training, you will learn safe physical methods, adapted mindfulness, and TAY pedagogy to support persons with diagnoses that commonly occur with complex PTSD.
The TAY-300 training consists of eight modules. Between the modules, you will practice guiding TAY and do practices to support self-care. Practicing guiding TAY is done with people who do not have mental health challenges.
The training also includes reading course literature, smaller written assignments, and a written final project on a topic of your choice. During the training, you will receive guidance to support your own TAY guidance.
During the training, you will receive comprehensive training materials with theory, exercises, and ready-made practice programs.
